NEWS UPDATED 09.11.05 Well, I'm finally back from DragonCon 2005 but I'm still settling back into the day-to-day grind. I'm also still working my pieces into a gallery for viewing... Please be patient. As far as how things went... It was bad before I left for Atlanta... DAMN ALL KITCHEN RENOVATIONS! I was stuck waiting on counter people the day before and had to wait for the plumber to do his magic ON THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO SET UP! And to make sure I had a proper welcome to Atlanta my truck was broken into on that first night... Luckily I had removed about anything of value which I could think of. The redemption for my weekend was seeing my old friends, both artists and patrons... YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE DAGNABBIT! We relaxed, chilled out... good times. I really needed that and I offer my most profound thanks for lending an ear to my incessant complaints, lol. To add insult to injury, once I got home I realized that SOMEBODY did not water the bonsai trees as I requested... Result: 5+ dead trees... It let's me know who I can trust and who I can't. To put things in perspective for myself, I considered the devastation left behind in Katrina's wake. Needless to say all my troubles are petty.
